What payment methods are available?
PayPal
At Bicyclejack.de with PayPal you can pay easily, fast and secure. For this you need an existing PayPal account - so you can pay your order very comfortable. We usually receive the payment confirmation from PayPal immediately and can process your order immediately.Still no personal PayPal account available? Just go to www.paypal.de and register there with just a few clicks. The registration at PayPal is really very fast, because you only have to enter your email address, postal address and bank details. From then on you can shop on the internet safely and free of charge without giving your personal bank details to third parties.
Credit card
Very convenient and extremely proven and popular: payment by direct debit from your credit card (VISA or MasterCard). The purchase by credit card is processed by our external payment service provider PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal site (you do NOT need a PayPal account), enter your credit card number, validity (found on the front of the card) and three-digit verification number (back of the card), and the data will be transferred using secure encryption. If your credit card is activated for 3D-Secure, it will be forwarded to your bank for a security check. A few seconds later your order can already be processed. You will be able to balance the payment with the next invoice from your credit card provider and thus have up to 60 days of deferred payment
purchase on account
The purchase on account is processed via our external payment service provider PayPal (you do NOT need a PayPal account). After a successful identity and credit check by the service provider PayPal, you can use the payment option purchase on account.
To the procedure:
After you have agreed to a credit check, PayPal checks in the background before displaying the payment methods the possibility of a purchase on account - this process takes only a few seconds.
The check runs automatically - unfortunately we have no influence on the result.
After a successful check you can complete the purchase by selecting "Purchase on account".
In principle, purchase on account is possible up to a total value of 1.500,-€.
Note: Ordering with a different delivery address is unfortunately not possible!
Delivery and payment:
After ordering the goods you have a comfortable payment term of 30 days with PayPal. The corresponding payment data can be found on the invoice which you will receive from us together with your goods.
Please note: Please do not use our bank details for the payment settlement, but the PayPal bank details listed separately.
Direct debit
Pay quickly and conveniently by direct debit, without having to think about the transfer or payment deadlines.
Simply select the payment method direct debit when placing your order, you will then be redirected to the website of our service provider PayPal GmbH (you do NOT need a PayPal account) - there you enter your account details (IBAN and BIC).
The payment amount is due upon conclusion of the contract for payment by direct debit and will be debited by our partner PayPal after your express authorization safely and conveniently from your previously specified account.
The payment method direct debit requires among other things a successful identity and credit check by PayPal. If you are not offered the payment by direct debit, this can have various reasons, such as different billing and delivery addresses or a negative Schufa entry. Unfortunately we have no influence on the evaluation process.
Bank transfer
The classical one: Simple and free of charge and now optimised for you with a 2% discount. After completion of the purchase you will receive all necessary data for the bank transfer. You transfer the amount in advance to the account of Bicyclejack.de. From experience we know that the transfers are received after 1-2 days, sometimes on the same day of the order (depending on the bank). As soon as we can book your payment receipt, you will receive a confirmation email.
Basically: On the day your order is handed over to a shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. Tracking numbers will be sent to you in a separate e-mail (please also note spam folders).
Which security standard does Bicyclejack.de use?
A reliable safety standard has the highest priority for us. All payment methods offered by us are therefore considered to be fully secure and have established themselves over the years as proven payment methods in online commerce.
Can I still change the chosen payment method?
For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to change the payment method at a later date. If you would like to pay e.g. by invoice instead of bank transfer, please simply cancel your existing order (only possible as a registered customer) and place a new order directly in our online shop. If you have ordered as a guest, please send us an email and we will take care of it for you.
