Delivery and shipping costs
Our goods are shipped by DPD as standard.
Before you order in our shop with costs, the calculated shipping costs are displayed. These depend on the size, weight and number of items as well as the delivery address (country).
After you have placed an order with us, you will receive an e-mail from the service provider Hellmann with the shipment number(s).
For the sake of the environment, we also use cardboard boxes and packaging material more than once if necessary. If you do not wish this, please inform us and we will only use new packaging material for you.
We do not use plastic film packaging as far as possible, even our invoice and delivery note bags are made of paper!
