Determine the space requirements
With our BicycleJacks, countless bicycles can be parked next to each other on the wall. There are two ways to arrange the bicycles – one is even more space-saving than the other. Take a look!
The following data is based on standard bicycles with a handlebar width of 65 cm and a bicycle length of 180 cm.
01
Space requirement with
uniform arrangement
If you have a sufficiently wide wall surface available, the BicycleJacks can be mounted next to each other at the same height.
In this case, 2 x 5 cm (top and bottom) are added to the bicycle length to determine the ceiling height.
Minimum ceiling height = 190 cm
When determining the width, a 5 cm margin is added to the handlebar width. The following applies to the minimum width of the wall:
Wall width of first bicycle = 70 cm
Wall width of each additional bike = + 70 cm

Height offset
Arrangement
If the available wall space is only limited in width, we recommend positioning the BicycleJacks 20 cm higher.
In this case, 20 cm + 2 x 5 cm (for clearance at the top and bottom) = 30 cm are added to the bike length to determine the ceiling height:
Minimum ceiling height = 210 cm
Tip: park longer bikes preferably “upstairs”
When determining the width, a 5 cm margin is added to the handlebar width.
The following applies to the minimum width of the wall:
Width of the first bike = 70 cm
Each additional bike = + 35 cm
