Our goods are shipped with DPD as standard.

Before you place a chargeable order in our store, the calculated shipping costs are displayed. These depend on the size, weight and number of items as well as the delivery address (country).

After an order has been placed with us, you will receive an e-mail from the service provider Hellmann with the consignment number(s).

For the sake of the environment, we use cardboard boxes and packaging material several times if necessary. If you do not want this, please let us know and we will only use new packaging material for you.

We do without plastic film packaging as far as possible, even our invoice and delivery note envelopes are made of paper!
