PayPal

At Bicyclejack.de with PayPal you can pay easily, quickly and securely. An existing PayPal account is required for this – so you can pay for your order very conveniently. We usually receive the payment confirmation from PayPal immediately and can process your order straight away.

Don’t have a personal PayPal account yet? Simply go to www.paypal.de and register there with just a few clicks. Registering with PayPal is really quick, as you only need to enter your email address, address and bank details. From then on you can shop securely and free of charge on the Internet without passing on your personal bank details to third parties.

Credit card

Very convenient and extremely popular: payment by debit from your credit card (VISA or MasterCard). The purchase by credit card is processed via our external payment service provider PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal page (you do NOT need a PayPal account), enter your credit card number, validity (on the front of the card) and three-digit verification number (back of the card), and the data will be transmitted using secure encryption. If your credit card is activated for 3D-Secure, it will be forwarded to your bank for a security check. A few seconds later, your order can already be processed. You settle the payment with the next statement from your credit card provider and therefore have up to 60 days’ payment deferral

Purchase on account

The purchase on account is processed via our external payment service provider PayPal (you do NOT need a PayPal account). After a successful identity and credit check by the service provider PayPal, the payment option purchase on account is available to you.

About the process:
After you have agreed to a credit check, PayPal checks the possibility of purchasing on account in the background before displaying the payment methods – this process only takes a few seconds.
The check is automated – unfortunately we have no influence on the result.
After a successful check, you can complete the purchase by selecting “Purchase on account”.
In principle, purchase on account is possible up to a total value of €1,500.

Note: Unfortunately, it is not possible to order with a different delivery address!

Delivery and payment:
After ordering the goods, you have a convenient payment term of 30 days with PayPal. The corresponding payment details can be found on the invoice that you receive from us together with your goods.

Please note: Please do not use our bank details for the payment settlement but the bank details of Ratepay, the partner of PayPal.

Direct debit

Pay quickly and conveniently by direct debit without having to think about bank transfers or payment deadlines.

Simply select the direct debit payment method when placing your order, you will then be redirected to the page of our service provider PayPal GmbH (you do NOT need a PayPal account) – there you enter your account details (IBAN and BIC).

The payment amount is due for payment by direct debit upon conclusion of the contract and will be debited securely and conveniently from your previously specified account by our partner PayPal after your express authorization.

The direct debit payment method requires, among other things, a successful identity and credit check by PayPal. If you are not offered payment by direct debit, there may be various reasons for this, such as different billing and delivery addresses or a negative Schufa entry. Unfortunately, we have no influence on the evaluation process.

Bank transfer

The classic: Simple and free of charge and now optimized for you with a 2% discount. After completing your purchase, you will receive all the data required for the transfer. You transfer the amount in advance to the Bicyclejack.de account. Experience has shown that the transfers are received within 1-2 days, sometimes on the same day as the order (depending on the bank). As soon as we have received your payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Basically: On the day your order is handed over to a shipping service provider, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail. Tracking numbers will be sent to you in a separate e-mail (please also check your spam folder).

What security standard does Bicyclejack.de use?

A reliable security standard is a top priority for us. All of the payment methods we offer are therefore considered to be fully secure and have established themselves over the years as proven payment methods in online retail.

Can I still change the selected payment method?

For technical reasons, it is unfortunately not possible to change the payment method at a later date. If you would like to pay by invoice instead of bank transfer, for example, please simply cancel your existing order (only possible as a registered customer) and place a new order directly in our online store. If you have ordered as a guest, please send us an e-mail and we will take care of this for you.
