Step 02<\/h1><\/div>Reach under the lever arm with your left hand, pull the unlocking ball towards you with your thumb (the locking mechanism of the lever arm is released) and lift the lever arm a few centimeters.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
